We take your privacy and the protection of your personal data seriously. GDPR (The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect on May 25th, 2018 and made your individual rights as a user clearer. The way in which we fulfil some of your rights under GDPR are detailed below:

Right of access

The vast majority of the information that we hold is information that you have provided us access to by connecting your accounts. This information is available in the Lumio app, however, you can also write to us to ask us to share with you the personal data that we hold about you.

Right to be forgotten

If you no longer want to use the Lumio service you can write to us via the in-app chat and we will delete your account. Our deletion process ensures that we remove all data (apart from the emails that you’ve sent to us) that we hold about you from our systems and the third parties that we use.

If you have any questions at all about the security of your data and personal information, please contact us immediately via the in-app chat.
