We'll be sorry to see you leave Lumio, but you will always have control over your accounts and data, and can request we delete them from our systems at any time.

To do this, raise a ticket from the live chat in the Lumio app to request we delete your account.

This message must come from the account you want to delete.

You can then uninstall the app and you'll receive an email once your account has been deleted. It usually takes a week to process account deletion.

We don't store, sell or do anything with your data, which will be deleted as well.

When you delete your account, we'd really appreciate it if you could let us know what prompted you to delete your account. We take all the feedback we receive on board to improve our product.
