Depending on which device you subscribed on, refunds are handled by either Apple or Android, not Lumio. To request a refund, follow the steps below

iOS:

  • Open the App Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner

  • Tap on your Apple ID and select View Apple ID

  • Tap Purchase History and find the app you want to request a refund for

  • Tap Report a Problem next to the app and select the type of problem you are having

  • Follow the instructions to submit your request for a refund

Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store and tap the menu icon in the top left corner

  • Tap My Account and select Order History

  • Find the app you want to request a refund for and tap on it
