Depending on which device you subscribed on, refunds are handled by either Apple or Android, not Lumio. To request a refund, follow the steps below
iOS:
Open the App Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Tap on your Apple ID and select View Apple ID
Tap Purchase History and find the app you want to request a refund for
Tap Report a Problem next to the app and select the type of problem you are having
Follow the instructions to submit your request for a refund
Android:
Open the Google Play Store and tap the menu icon in the top left corner
Tap My Account and select Order History
Find the app you want to request a refund for and tap on it
