Often, we are only able to provide the connection for some accounts from each provider. This is because open-banking regulation does not mandate banks provide us with an API to connect to all their accounts. This includes mortgages and ISAs.

If you can find your provider in-app, but can't find your exact connection, then this is most likely the cause.

If you can't find your provider in-app, please submit a feature request using the in-app chat and we'll get them added for you.
