Bank Account Transaction Data is not Refreshing or Syncing in Lumio

Here's how to refresh your bank account and data feed in Lumio

If your account is still not refreshing after you've followed these steps (Link to What is an on-demand sync?), you can get to the bottom of the issue by following the steps below 🔨

First, check your Accounts screen tab for any error messages, since they may offer helpful tips.

If you're not seeing any error messages at all, try the following steps:

  1. Tap your space tab in the top left corner, and select settings.

  2. In your profile settings, select Connected Accounts.

  3. Find any bank that is ‘Expired’ or not working and click on that account.

  4. Select ‘Reconnect’ updating and you'll be redirected to your bank app to renew the 90-day access to your bank data.

  5. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us via chat

You can reach out to us by going back to Lumio’s home tab and selecting the messaging icon at the top of the screen. Select ‘Send us a message’.

Note: When you're redirected to your bank, make sure you select all the accounts you want to see in Lumio, not just the ones that aren't syncing.
