Many couples spread their Recurring costs and bills across their personal bank accounts, credit cards and Joint accounts. Lumio gives you a single source of truth across it all.
Sharing a recurring cost, a bill, or subscription to your Shared Space is super simple. You can share transactions to a Shared Space one at a time, or bulk share lots of transactions at once.
To share any Recurring cost or bill into your Shared Space, just follow the below steps:
Sharing a Recurring Cost to Your Shared Space
Go to your (Personal) Private Space in Lumio, by tapping on the profile icon in the top left of the screen. Select your Private Space.
In the Home tab, scroll down to 'Recent Transactions' and select 'See all'
You'll see a list of 'My Transactions' - this contains a list of all the transactions of the accounts connected to your private space.
Press & Hold one of the transactions you want to share to your Shared Space.
To share a one-off Recurring Cost, tap 'Share'.
To bulk share transactions, tap 'Select'.
Multi-select all the Recurring Costs you want to share.
Tap 'Share Selected Transactions' at the bottom of the screen.
On the 'Share to Space' screen, mark the box of your Shared Space.
Tap 'Share to Selected Space' at the bottom of the screen.
Please note:
If you have already added the transaction to your Recurring Costs you do not need to add it again within your Shared Space.
If you have not added the transaction to your Recurring Costs you can just do so within your Shared Space. Just follow this link for an explainer.
