Connecting your accounts to Lumio provides us with read-only access to your financial data, so our Money Manager can provide you with hyper-personalised savings recommendations.
To connect an account, go to the Accounts tab and 'Connect Accounts'
From here, you'll be prompted to select the type of account, and you'll see our list of available connections.
You'll need to provide your consent for us to connect to your account via Moneyhub, and you'll then be redirected either to the website or app of your account provider to enter your credentials. We will never store your login credentials.
Once you've successfully entered your credentials, you'll be redirected to Lumio where you'll see this screen to let you know your account is connected for the next 90 days. After 90 days you'll need to reconnect your accounts. This is part of the Open Banking regulation that Lumio complies with.
